Append module name to bot issue title

I agree, it would be an improvement if the human readable project name was appended at the end of the title, like this:

Implementing that in the issue creation level will fix that in the root cause, so really makes sense, +1 to this

Moving to the Project Analysis queue where the bot lives now. I think the proposed idea is great btw :) It should be now possible to find and suggest a patch for the relevant code of the bot now :)

Opened a fork to look at this. I don't have any way to test my proposed code, but I think it outlines mostly what we need. Check it out :)

I'll test this next bot run. It looks fine and will make titles a lot better.

Fixed this in master for new issues. No backtagging old ones since we are starting anew anyways.
