Missing text format: basic_html.

I'm seeing a PHP notice being raised on the /admin/content/entity-importer/{entity_importer} page.

It's because we don't have the basic_html text format enabled on our particular site.

Leave the #format property blank, which will end up using filter.settings fallback_format which should be fine for this form
