Hi! I need some support regarding some weird issue we're having in one of our sites. We have two gateways on the site pointing to production environment: Bankinter and BBVA. The configuration is the same for both of them and the final client is not reporting any issues with the payments in any of the gateways.
BUT, sometimes (50-60% of the times) when the user pays through Bankinter, something goes wrong. The payment is reflected OK on the gateway and the user completes the order successfully. But in the backoffice we observe:
1. The transition from Draft to Generated (placed) is twice done. This makes the next order_number not correlative. The bankinter order would have 1000 and the next placed order will be 1002 instead 1001.
2. Also, the columns total_paid__number and total_paid_currency of the bankinter order are NULL in database. But the payment is completed.
We don't know what is happening with the Bankinter gateway, we suspect is something due to Bankinter configuration?
Has anyone any idea of the origin of this problem? Thank you in advance!

Any news about that? I have the same issue with BBVA.
Clients do the purchase and receive 2 emails with different order_numbers but in the backend only generate one order (same order change twice state)
