Problem/Motivation

After updating to PHP 8 my site is flooded with PHP warnings: 

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in _acquia_purge_purge_requests() (line 1533 of drupal/sites/all/modules/contrib/acquia_purge/acquia_purge.module).
