Add job titles for more modules

This looks pretty good, thanks for taking the time to build the changes.

A few quick things:

* The tests need to be updated because they're looking for specific strings that you're changing.
* I think it'd also be beneficial to alphabetically sort the core cron tasks, for better organization.
* I think the XMLSitemap ones should specifically say "XML sitemap" instead of just "sitemap".

Will need a rebase after a recent fix to update_cron definition.
