Compatibility with facets 3.0.x

Facets 3 offers a new feature to render facets as views exposed filters: ✨ Create views plugins to render facets and summaries in filters and areas Fixed .

When enabling AJAX and better_exposed_filters, facets using the checkbox widget work immediately well with ajax.
But facets using the links widget don't. I found #2938761: BEF Links not working with AJAX → , but it doesn't help.

Unfortunately I'm new to better_exposed_filters and don't know yet how to start debugging that. But I saw that there's already some special handling for search_api fulltext search boxes. Maybe it requires some special handling for facets, too.
Maybe that could be done in facets using hooks or events. But I think it makes sense to handle it directly in better_exposed_filters.

If we can get that stuff to work I consider to deprecate some AJAX-related features in facets and add better_exposed_filters as module dependency instead.
