I was working on
#2834889: Replace documentation and string references to drupal_render() →
and searched for drupal_render in code. That resulted in one instance, common_test_drupal_render_printing_pre_render. Further research and found that use of that function was removed in
#2378883: Convert existing drupal_render() KernelTestBase tests to PHPUnit tests →
. That makes it dead code and can be removed. Unless, I am wrong, I don't know the render system.
I searched for duplicates and didn't find one.

Remove common_test_drupal_render_printing_pre_render.
