Switch to accessible theme

Thank you @Zsanna, this is out of scope for this module. The module is about automatic rules for selecting the theme, for example based on paths.

Actually the module machine name says "theme_switcher", without "rules" or "auto", and I can't find any alternative for D10 that allows switching with the click of a button. Would this be a lot of work to implement?
