Entity Usage tab in revisions

Problem/Motivation

As requested in this previous issue → , it is interesting to view entity usage for Revisions:

I would like to see media usage for my node revisions, not only media usage in published or default revision, thats is possible? This is interesting to node author to see what medias was referenced old revisions of node and make possible more agility to identify medias would like to unpublish ou anything else.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a node type
2. Activate entity usage tab on the bundle and check `user` in detectable entity types
3. Create a new node
4. Edit the node, change the owner and save as new revision
5. Go to the "revisions" tab
6. We want a new "usage" tab in the operations dropdown per revisions

Proposed resolution

Add new tab in nodes page called "Media usage in revisions.
