Using page manager, I get the following error for layout_builder pluginId:
Error: Call to undefined method Drupal\page_manager\Plugin\DisplayVariant\LayoutBuilderDisplayVariant::getRegionAssignments() in Drupal\wxt_library\Plugin\Condition\PanelsTitle->evaluate() (line 117 of modules/contrib/wxt_library/src/Plugin/Condition/PanelsTitle.php).
Here is the patch to check if the method exists:
