Closing this as I'm not going to add inverse permissions to this module.
I like the module.
I would like to have permissions for users that are not the owner too.
I want users to be able to edit their own content without the need for review. When editing other's content users have permission to the 'Needs Review' state/transition.
I am prepared to write the code. I am not sure if it belongs here or in another module.
