Yeah, I'm moving it over so we don't miss it, but we should backport this.
.paragraph.paragraph--type-view wrapper is printed out empty, even if the referenced view is empty (= returns zero markup).
Two options:
1) Add a general empty check for the .paragraph wrapper with twig_real_content - this might cause further problems
2) Create a new template file for type view and perform the empty check only on this type
