Contextual filter with taxonomy term url alias

Problem/Motivation

Enable view contextual filters to filter taxonomy term by taxonomy term url alias. Sometimes, taxonomy term name contains special characters so contextual filters does not work to filter by taxonomy term name, and it is not user-friendly to filter by term id. Even, when taxonomy terms are translated to some languages, such as Japanese, and Chinese, it is not user-friendly to use the Japanese and Chinese characters in the URL. Therefore, it is better to enable contextual filters to filter taxonomy term by taxonomy term url alias.
