Add result summary plugin for infinite scroll

Problem/Motivation

The current result counter doesn't take into account some of the calculations the infinite scroll pager does. So youc can't display "Showing 20 of 400" on the second page since the total count per page is always the same.

Proposed resolution

Provide an area plugin that adds the extra tokens necessary for the infinite scroll to show an accurate result count.

Is this still an issue with 2.0.x? If yes, please update the version and set the status active again with clear steps or (best) with a test showing what's broken.

2.0.x is the active development branch.

If nobody replies, we should assume this is fixed and close this issue outdated.

As far as I’m aware yes. There’s still no means to have the summary results update with the correct number currently showing.
