Add wildcard support for language groups

This needs testing for all types of widgets:
- Autocomplete --> error "An unexpected language is entered."
- Autocomplete (tags style)
- Select list
- Cehckbox/Radiobutton

The fix should be done in class LanguageItem implements OptionsProviderInterface .
