This is a really great module, however, I feel like it falls short regarding accessibility.
First, I noticed that out of the box using the CK editor tooltip, the generated span is not keyboard accessible. It would be good to add an tabindex="0" to the element allowing for keyboard focus.
Second, the tooltip (assuming it is not interactive) should include an aria-describedby allowing screen readers to read the popup correctly.
I will look into making a patch for this next week.
