Don't install a new media type by default.

Problem/Motivation

In our implementation we are not using the remotely hosted media and default media type(ib_dam_embed) provided by the module yet, and don't want to include it everywhere until we have updated functionality to use it.

Steps to reproduce

Install ib_dam_media
See that a new media type is added with a field.

Proposed resolution

Move the default media type into a new module.

Right now in v.4.0.x there is a new connector configuration option to disable Remote URLs.
But still there is ib_dam_embed media type.

Just a small note.
Now, default value for the "Allow Embedding" setting is set to false. Anyway after module installation there is no default configuration that was imported on install, so setting this setting to false is quite expected.
