When we create a homebox and add an arbitrary amount of blocks, the first block added, does not actually get wrapped in the form-wrapper, so we end up with e.g. 3 blocks, but only 2 get wrapped.
- Create a homebox
- Add a block type to the homebox
- Add several blocks in the homebox UI.
Fix the wrapping logic.
