How the video is added (media, iframe in a WYSIWYG)? Is involved in another module or is it the default implementation?
When the youtube cookies 2.x module is active, the videos need to be clicked twice to be reproduced. It happens because there is always a fake thumbnail that is shown to the user before accepting the cookies. The problem is that this banner always appears. A definitive solution must be prepared to don't need to do an additional click.
