Support moving link_text to data-link-text attribute

Problem/Motivation

If a D7 site was using the media_wysiwyg option for link text as filename this data is lost during the migration. Although there's no native support for this in D9, a few customizations to the media embed form and preprocess can make it work. Proposed resolution

Allow passing of link_text tag attribute to data-link-text attribute on new drupal-media element. Shouldn't cause any harm for systems not using it. See attached patch.
