Outdated following 🐛 Compatibility with rector 0.13.10+ Fixed I think.
Rector had the same issue reported (

) and fixed a few days ago.
The same issue has raised to me today while using this module.
As of the update, the rector.php file needs to be updated according to the release notes
The upgrade path should be as simple as re-copying the configuration file. cp vendor/palantirnet/drupal-rector/rector.php
Run rector on any project
Update rector-config-template.php and remove line 21
