Doesn't work with fieldgroups

Problem/Motivation

When a fieldgroup has a checkboxes or a radio button, there's a tooltip icon being added to the fieldgroup label but that doesn't trigger anything. Instead, a tooltip icon is being added to the checkbox/radio field within the fieldgroup.

Haven't tested on all fieldgroup types but I think that's particularly happening with fieldsets.
