Some of our users need to login as a different user after being automatically logged in, thus we assigned the permission "Can login as other user" to their role.
However, after this change, visiting the default logout URL still does not seem to have any effect. The message during login is also still the same, no options for logging out are provided here.
We tried different (incognito) browsers to make sure there is no issue with the cookie.
Is this functionality not available yet in this version (alpha-1)? Or is there a specific URL the user needs to visit?

It seems that the issue is occurring due to a problem with the permission machine name in version 4.0.0-alpha1. This small patch should resolve the problem.
