JQuery UI Project - Add a short description

What James says is important, the convention I've been using is start with "A developer module..."

Propose:

A developer module to add the jQuery UI effects library to your site.

#5 sounds good, but I could still see people installing based on that description and wondering why the effects weren't appearing. Would a slight expansion help?

Agree with James' addition. Updating proposed description to "A developer module to add the jQuery UI effects library to your site for other modules to utilize."
