We have a D7 with with thousands of users, many of whom have IP Login values. Ideally we would want to migrate these values from D7 to D9 in the user migration, however it is not entirely clear how this is done as the mapping of D9 values to D7 values seems to fail.
Create a user migration with the legacy D7 'field_ip_address' mapped to the D9 'ip_address' field. This fails to migrate the legacy IP Login data.
Ideally, we may need a custom Migration Process Plugin.
