I tested the module, but it did not work with the global API key. (My attempts with project API key have been without any success as well.)
I have discussed the problem with the Usersnap, hier is the final answer:
I would like you to know that the Drupal module is an unofficial module that we do not maintain. It seems not to support new Usersnap projects.
Also, the login via API key only allows for using a single project. The global API key is not valid for this use.
I recommend you follow our general installation guide combined with Drupal’s guide → for adding javascript.
