Account settings tab link doesn't work

Here's the issue is reproducible, Te tab is not opening giving unexpected errors so providing a patch, it making the tab functional.

Updating another updated patch as last patch was not having doc comments.

Getting error on version 3.0.0 on access the account setting tab #3 patch failed so created patch for version 3.0.0

Verified and tested patch on 9.5.8. Only getting this warning ->

warning: src/Form/AccountSettingsTabForm.php has type 100644, expected 100755

patch applied successfully at my end, Screenshot attached. Looks like the warning you getting because of unix-system file permissions.
