Missing extra.drush.services section in its composer.json

Problem/Motivation

With verbose Drush install command, a debug message reports:

entity_reference_revisions should have an extra.drush.services section in its composer.json. See http://docs.drush.org/en/11.x/commands/#specifying-the-services-file. [18.19 sec, 122.8 MB]

Steps to reproduce

Do a drush site-install with verbose output

Proposed resolution

Add extra.drush.services section to composer.json and declare compatibility with Drush >= 9
