WSOD when webprofiler is enabled

Problem/Motivation

WSOD and error in logs is:

TypeError: Argument 2 passed to Drupal\commerce_reactions\EventSubscriber\ReactionEventSubscriber::__construct() must be an instance of Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityTypeManager, instance of Drupal\webprofiler\Entity\EntityManagerWrapper given, called in drupal9/html/core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php on line 262 in Drupal\commerce_reactions\EventSubscriber\ReactionEventSubscriber->__construct() (line 73 of drupal9/html/modules/contrib/commerce_reactions/src/EventSubscriber/ReactionEventSubscriber.php).
