Configuration schema and default configuration files are missing

Problem/Motivation

This module does not include a config schema or default install config settings for its date_ap_style.dateapstylesettings simple configuration object.

Proposed resolution

Add default configuration file to config/install
Add configuration schema file to config/schema

Remaining tasks

Add patch, review, test.

User interface changes

None.

API changes

None.

Data model changes

Should make it easier to validate configuration settings values are the correct type.
