Label of the subscribe_node flag

The Message Subscribe Example module creates a flag called subscribe_node with the label "Content", maybe in this file.

Two Problems with this label:
1) Translation is not possible without changing it everywhere.
2) The user sees the unclear label on the form.

Solution:
Change the label to something like "Subscribe" or "Subscribe content" or even better "Subscribe {{ content type }}", in a translateable way.
