Created MR !5 to make the invalidation type options dynamic (with the 'Everything' option excluded, since there wouldn't be anything to type in the Item field). Also included a few coding standards fixes on the form.

This was working well. I've extended it further so that you are only presented with options that are in use by the currently enabled purger plugins. So for example, I'm only using the CloudFront Purger and now I just get Everything, Path and Path wildcard.
