The Layout Builder Library and Custom block library names can be confusing
Rename Rename Layout Builder library and custom block library
Personal proposal is Page/Section library and Block library
It is important to make these changes consistent, they should be same in both the library overview (e.g. /admin/content/blocks ) but also in the block selection modal during content editing where it now just says "Custom" and "Add to Library".
