Add back support for 'Text area with a summary' widgets and document unsupported widgets

Problem/Motivation

Support for the 'Text area with a summary' widget is explicitly disabled, even though it works perfectly. Both the main value and the summary are disabled, but I don't consider that a bug.

Support for the office hours widget is also explicitly disabled. I tested it, and I think it was disabled because the links to add new entries still work, even though the widget is disabled. I created an issue in the office hours repo to try to get that fixed: ✨ Disabled state does not work on links of the week widget Closed: outdated ). It would probably be better to list unsupported widgets in the project description and add links to relevant issues.

Steps to reproduce

Add fields with those field widgets and allow them to be overridden.
