Add support for Drupal.org company profiles

Problem/Motivation

The existing plugin drupal has a url prefix https://www.drupal.org/u/ which is great for user profiles. But we also want to link to company profiles that have no prefix whatsoever. Therefore, a plugin to link to any drupal.org site with a prefix of https://www.drupal.org/ is required.
