Should be fixed in the 2.x-dev branch of the Views: Auto Refresh → module.
I get a throbber appearing every few seconds or after my interval time. Would be cool if I could select to hide the throbber for the AJAX refresh calls on this refresh request only. So exposed filter AJAXing could still show the throbber. I can try to do this if I could get a little guidance on what the best approach would be.
