When rendering the SVG, no viewBox is defined (only at the symbol). And, without viewBox, the SVG will render with the default dimensions of 300x150 (https://svgwg.org/specs/integration/#svg-css-sizing).
I think it would be good to have the original viewBox attribute (if exists) on the template attributes.
