Fix typo "libraray" is misspelled

Problem/Motivation

"libraray" is misspelled. It should be "library", no?
its spelled like this in the enhancers.yml in order to include a library
Unless I'm showing my ignorance with a non American spelling of it, but it wasn't in the dictionary when I looked it up.

Proposed resolution

It should probably be changed but this would break any custom enhancers developers may have added.
