Hi and thank you very much for this widely used project! I just looked for smaller alternatives to AdvAgg and found this module. But the module page confused me a bit. It says:
Minify JS was developed to replace the implementation of the Minify module which has a couple of problems:[...]
So it tells what the module does NOT do, but not exactly what it does and what is it used for.
The things that are not clear to me are the following:
- Which JS files are handled? Core? Contrib? all?
- What is done with the JS files? Compressed? Minified? And which library is used for that?
- In which cases should I use this module
- How does it compare to the large AdvAgg?
Could the description perhaps be improved to tell, what the module does? The comparison provides nice additional information to these basics.
