Menu link attributes not exporting with config

Did someone test this module with https://www.drupal.org/project/config_inspector → already?

As for me, it's the correct behavior that menu attributes don't export with the config
Menu links are content entities and attributes are stored with other link data in menu_link_content_data table, so it shouldn't be exported with config

Confirming #6 totally makes sense.
