Please try to upgrade the module to the latest version, it contains a lot of known issues bug fixes.

multiple_registration does not have a primary key, in order to follow good practices every table should have PK, having a PK or an index improve query performance, also this might cause problems or logs warnings when using database replication.
Add PK to multiple_registration table.
