Require a view that does not use AJAX but does have a Show More pager. However, disabling AJAX on the view and adding a Views Show More with the settings set to "append" does not (as expected) reload the view with the latest page of results appended to the previous page's results. Instead, both the "replace" and "append" settings reload the page with previous results replaced by the new ones.
Create a view with a Show More page set to use the "append" setting. Disable AJAX on the view.
