There are several issues reviewed and tested by the communit → y that have been waiting to be committed by a maintainer for awhile now, including the critical issue #3146668: Fix an error when adding a new rule on Drupal 9 fails with SchemaIncompleteException → , and many other issues marked "Needs" Review.
Determine which of the current maintainers can dedicate more time to the project to ensure bug fixes are reviewed and committed. If none of the current maintainers can do this then seek out new maintainers and facilitate a transition.
