There has been a manual commit without reference to a issue with PHPCS fixes. This probably needs a re-check

Also, the configured coding standards do not seem correct at all. Normally when using GitLab CI there is no need for a phpcs.xml either unless there are some specific things. So I think there actually is a lot of new clean-up to do.
