Unable to translate labels under the "Confirm Form" linktype option

Problem/Motivation

As we have a multilangual setup for our project, we want to translate the labels used in the "Confirm Form" option.
We do not see an option to do so.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Flag entity
2. Fill in the necessary fields and be sure to select the "Confirm Form" option under "Linktype"
3. Navigate to the Translate tab for this entity

Proposed resolution

Provide an option to translate these labels under the Translate (UI) tab.
