Add UI for selecting from multiple pattern options (if they exist) for auto-generation

Problem/Motivation

Currently, it is possible to create multiple path alias patterns that can potentially match a particular entity type. It would be useful to allow a user to select from those multiple options (if they exist) when a path alias is going to be auto-generated. The selection widget could default to the pattern that currently would automatically be selected, so the default behavior wouldn't have to change.

Proposed resolution

If there are multiple matching path alias patterns for a given entity type, add a select drop-down widget that containing each matching option and defaulted to select the lowest weight matching option.

    Hi, I'm interested in that feature but trying to figure out how to add custom conditions from a custom module, as I need to add conditions based on my custom fields.

    Do I have to follow some base class as in Rules module?
