User deprecated function: Theme functions are deprecated in drupal:8.0.0

Has this been moved to some new issue? I'm on Alpha 3 and I thought I was caught up with the patches but I'm still getting
Deprecated function: addcslashes(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in Drupal\Core\Database\Connection->escapeLike() (line 1525 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Database/Connection.php).

I don't know if this will help anyone else as this issue is closed. I applied these patches to the latest version:

All the errors are gone and the starts work as expected.

I can't apply the patch on dev and alpha version.
