Allow a sitebuilder to configure the "Notify me when new comments are posted" label

Problem/Motivation

Site owners might want the Comment Notify checkbox text to say something different.

Right now it's hardcoded to be, "Notify me when new comments are posted"

Proposed resolution

Add a form setting to the Comment Notify settings page.

  2. ❌ Write test coverage
  3. ❌ Test manually
  4. ❌ Merge into 8.x-1.x-dev branch
  5. ❌ Celebrate the ability to now configure the Comment Notify label to say whatever you'd like. 🥳
