In case you don't want to hard code gmap API Key directly inside webform_gmap_field.libraries.yml file , you can override with your actual gmap key on your custom theme or subtheme .info.yml file like this:

//maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?callback=initMap&libraries=&v=weekly&key=your_gmap_key: //maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?callback=initMap&libraries=&v=weekly&key=your_actual_gmap_key
