I've seen some D7 related issues for this in the closed issues. This is still and issue when working with D10 and I'm wondering if a solution is on the roadmap for this module.
Using the select or other format for a multivalue reference taxonomy term field, with a particular field set as the conditional value for another field using the Conditional Fields module currently does not work.
To reproduce:
1. Create a reference field to a taxonomy, allowing multiple values
2. Set the field to use the select or other formatter
3. Add a dependency on one of the field values (via Conditional Fields module) to show a different field
When the dependency is checked/selected, the target field will still not show.
